To expand our presence globally, we are hiring two Chief Growth Officers (CGOs) to focus on market development in Australia and the United States. Position Details

Job Title: Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
Locations:

• CGO for Australian Market (Remote)
• CGO for U.S. Market (Remote)
   

Role Overview

The CGO will lead growth initiatives, develop market strategies, and build partnerships in their respective regions. Reporting directly to the CEO, they will play a pivotal role in driving Domain Capital’s international expansion and establishing a strong foothold in their designated market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development (Specific to Australia or the U.S.):

• Identify growth opportunities and key industries within the target region.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance Domain Capital’s presence.
• Lead client acquisition efforts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Growth Strategy:

• Design and execute tailored growth strategies for the region.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Develop new revenue streams through innovative offerings.

3. Client and Partner Engagement:

• Foster relationships with local businesses, startups, and investors.
• Represent Domain Capital at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to align regional goals with company objectives.
• Provide regular updates to the leadership team on performance and market insights.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in market development, business growth, or digital asset investment.
• Strong understanding of the digital economy and domain investment trends in Australia or the U.S.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to execute actionable plans.

Preferred Background:

• Prior participation in Mr. Happy’s digital asset investment courses is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with local business landscapes and industry connections in Australia or the U.S.
